All That began in late 1994 on Nickelodeon. When the show made its debut, it showcased future careers for the cast. Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell got their own show in 1996 entitled "Kenan & Kel". Kenan Thompson became a Saturday Night Live cast member in 2003. Lori Beth Denberg became a regular on The Steve Harvey Show in its second season. Alisa Reyes does the voice of LaCienega Boulevardez on The Proud Family. In All That's 7th Season, there was an all new cast.
The show has inspired the cult hit movie Good Burger and the 1996 CD "All That: The Album", which features the theme song sung by TLC, audio of sketches, and other musicians who have performed on the show, mostly from the time when hip-hop musicians were frequently the musical guest. The actual CD has a picture of the original cast on it. The show originally was taped at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Florida before moving to the Nickelodeon at Sunset studio in Los Angeles, California.
Britney Spears appeared in 4 episodes. On March 6, 1999 (Season 5) she was a guest star of the 100th "All That" episode (Season 5). On February 9, 2002 she was a musical guest and performed her hit "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman." She also took part in several funny sketches, including "Know Your Stars" and "Bridgett's Slumber Party." On July 2, 2000 Britney Spears came to the show to perform her hit "Oops!.. I Did It Again". Britney also appeared in several sketches with her sister Jamie Lynn in 7h and 8th seasons.
