The Plot: In this video Britney plays a waitress from the hottest club. With her friends she meets some cool guys and girls decide to change their clothes into something cool and hot. They rush to the checkroom and make trim their looks. Britney chooses to wear black pants and green metallic top, displaying her belly-button.
All girls hook up with guys to go dancing. Everybody gathers there. Britney starts to dance in some kind of competition - boys vs. girls. After that Britney goes on stage and sings for her audience. All the action stops when Britney screams: "Stop!" The DJ continues to play Britney's song and everyone dances.

History: In 1999, Britney Spears appeared on the TV show "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch", as she was friends with the show's young star, Melissa Joan Heart, Britney contributed a remix of her song "(You Drive Me) Crazy" to the soundtrack of the movie Heart starring, "Next To You", and the producers changed the title of the film to "Drive Me Crazy". When Britney later filmed a video for the song, in which she played a Rollerblading waitress, Heart appeared in the video.

- This video is the first expensive video from Britney;
- This video was put in "Making The Video" on MTV.
- The video retired by itself from TRL chart.
- They provided all the safety measures due to high electricity tecniues. The crew had to wear helmets.
- They changed choreography parts right on the set of the video;
- They had just 2 days for shooting the video and just 10 minutes to shot the last scene.
- The shooting took place in July of 1999.

 

Video Mistakes:
- At the start of the video after changing into her green vest and black trousers, Britney is walking with the other female dancers. She is wearing a beaded bracelet around her right wrist. This subsequently disappears as she is dancing.

 

Britney about working with Nigel: "Nigel is an amazing person. He listens to my ideas and it's easy to work with him. His videos are phenomenal".
Nigel about working with Britney: "We have different life experiences, so I'm interested in working with her, to see everything from her positions".
Britney about the video shootings: "I thought out the conception of this video. Club, we are cheeky waitress, we blow up and and beging dancing. The song is very catchy and powerful. We had to change the order of dancing moves. It put me out in the beginning, but i had to learn the new moves, because Nigel does everything better for me".
