Britney Spears Style - Body

Because of her hectic lifestyle, Britney tries to look after her diet. She eats whatever she wants to, but tries to stick to healthy foods such as fresh vegetables and plenty of fruit. She also makes sure she drinks plenty of water, at least three liters a day. However, like most people, she adores junk food. She likes chicken sandwich with cheese from "Burger King". She likes greasy Frensh fries. And, of course some soda, Pepsi or Cola along with some Frappuchino from "Starbucks." Such food make her feel much better.

Britney's Work-Out

Wanna get down and get fit at the same time? Check out the sweatfest that Britney and her choreographer/fitness trainer Mario Mosley have cooked up.
Jump, Jive & Flail
For a little heart-pumping cardio action, pop in your lave hip-hop CD and boogie for 20 minutes. The more body parts you're moving, the better. Do high kicks, jog in place, shake your rear, swing your arms and jump up and down As long as you don't sit or slop and are seriously moving to the music, Los Angeles-based dance dude Mario says you're getting the equivalent of an aerobic workout. Dancing around doesn't seem like exercise, so staying motivated isn't such a chore.
Low-down Squats:
Sland with legs slightly more than shoulder-width apart and hands on your upper thighs, keeping your back straight and butt tucked in. Your weight should be centered over your feet. Slowly lower your rear end as far as you can without raising your heels off the ground. Keep knees parallel with ankles. Hold for two minutes and return to standing position (Picture 1).
Killer Calf Lifts:
Hold on to a chair for balance. With your feel together, lift your heels 2 to 3 inches off the floor, hold, then lower your feet back to the floor. For a harder ver-}, sion, try one foot at a lime (Picture 2).
Butt Blasters:
Stand with feet hip-width apart, back straight and knees slightly bent. Slowly lift your left foot behind you a few inches. Tighten all lower-body muscles. Hold for two counts and return to starting position. Repeat on right leg (Picture 3).

Get Britney's Abc

To many blokes, Bobby Strom is the luckiest man alive. Not only has he had the oh-so difficult task of getting up close and personal with Julia Roberts, J-Lo and Elle Macpherson, but he also got to whip Britney's body into shape for her along with his nutrition expert wife, Nancy Kennedy. The key training secrets and exercises that makes Britney's turn the flattest and tautest of them all are featured below.
Her three belly busting rules.
1. Eat like Britney:
Britney's biggest weakness was her mum's home cooking. Bobby Strom tried to get her to eat fewer carbohydrates and dairy products, replacing them with eggs, oatmeal and fruit - lower calories, less carbohydrates. Basically he take out the bread and pasta.
2. Work out like Britney:
With the diet in place, then comes the exercise. Britney has workout equipment at home - treadmill, bench press, mats, dumb-bells - so he went to her house to check she's using it all correctly. She does anything from 700 to 1,000 sit-ups a day (don't panic, you don't have to do that many!) She's been a dancer her whole life, so she's pretty fit. If you're new to exercise you shouldn't try and do as many sit-ups as Britney. Only do about 10 or 12 sets of each of the following abs exercises at a time. You'll know pretty much the next day if you can add any more or if you need to stay where you are. But one other little thing - you've really got to repeat the four exercises three times a week.
3. Have fun like Britney:
Britney's really easy to work with, really upbeat and she loves exercising to music so you should do the same. She really likes Prince, Janet Jackson and other good music.

Her Four Tauttum Exercises

Britney Spears Work OutTen repetitions equals one set. Slowly work up from three to ten, three times a week.
1. The crunch:
Lie on the floor, making sure your back and the bottom of your feet are flat on the ground so your legs are in an upside down V shape. Put your hands by your head with your elbows out. Now lift your shoulders about ten inches off the ground using your stomach muscles. Squeeze the abdominal muscles when you do this, pausing at the top for a second, before lowering your shoulders. Don't just flop back down though, use your stomach muscles to slowly lower your body. Breathing is important too - breathe out as you lift your body, and breathe in as you lower.
2. The side crunch:
This is almost identical to the crunch, except your legs are in a different pose. Stay in the same position as for the crunch, but this time put your knees together then lower them to the left and rest them on the floor. Your body will be slightly twisted. Now draw your tummy up as you did before, and then gently lower. This will work just one side of your stomach, so repeat with your legs on the right side after completing your set.
3. The bicycle:
Lie on your back with your legs straight, hands under your head and elbows out by your side. Now lift your legs about ten inches off the floor. Bring your right knee towards your chest and push your left foot straight out, as you do this draw your tummy up and bring your left elbow over to touch your right knee. Now reverse the movement to do the other side, moving your legs as if you were riding an imaginary bicycle on your back. Again pause at the top so that you're really focusing on squeezing those muscles.
4. The leg lift:
Lie on your back, stick your legs in the air with the soles of your feet pointing up at the ceiling. Now put your arms by your side and your palms flat on the floor. Lift your hips and bottom off the floor, raising your heels towards the ceiling. You should do this by pulling with your stomach muscles, not with your back or legs. As you lift, breathe out. Now lower your hips to the floor as slowly as you can. But don't stay down too long -get straight back up again for the next lift.
Now, doesn't your turn look just like Britney's already!

Britney's Dietic Drink

Britney Spears Dietic DrinkSuper-busy celebs often eat on the run. They need food that's quick and healthy, so it can't be fast food. That's why they're all drinking smoothies! Packed with protein, vitamins and antioxidants, they are an instant energy-boost, averaging 350 to 500 calories each. "People drink them as a meal replacement after they work out," says chef Jim Legge of Oliver Cafe at the Sports Club and Lounge in Beverly Hills, which counts Britney Spears among its smootlie fans.
Britney's favourite drink - Jamba Juice's Strawberries Gone Wild.
To make this drink you will need:
- 1 cup apple juice;
- 1 cup frozen strawberries;
- 0,5 cup frozen bananas;
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt;
- 0,5 cup ice.
Pour the apple juice, then the other ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Britney was once on strawberry diet, so she likes this smoothie.

Britney's Belly

Britney Spears BellyReceiving the "2001 My VH-1 Award" for best belly was really just a formality for the fabulous, midriff-bearing Britney. Fans can't help but be aware of the six-pack she's pockin'!
Britney took the navel-piercing plunge while in Waikiki, Hawaii, for an April 21, 2000, concert and vacation. She started with a ring, but she's gone on to grander and more sparkly accessories from there! In fact, jewelry vendors (like "Street Holes" and "Sexy Jewels") now offer dangling crystal belly jewels referred to as "the Britney" after our trend-setting sweetheart.
Keen on getting your navel pierced like Britney's? It looks flirty and fabulous, but you are inserting metal into your body, so don't lose sight of the seriousness!
- Navel piercing generally costs about $40. The pain factor can vary and depends on your tolerance.
- What constitutes decent jewelry? Only stainless steel is cleared tor "implant use," but titanium is also likely to be sate. Never put sterling silver in a fresh piercing. The other metals within silver can irritate it.
-For about nine months, leave your piercing alone and keep the original jewelry in place - be it a ring (wild a bead) or a barbell (a curved bar with a ball at each end). Don't twist and turn it too much, just clean with mild soap.
- Once you've healed, if you occasionally pop in something sparkly and dangly for an evening on the town, it's a good idea to have a stainless steel standard waiting in the wings. Most people need to keep jewelry in their piercing almost all the time to keep the hole from closing.

Tatoos

Britney Spears Tattoos

Britney Spears once swore she would never do anymore tattoos. But still she likes them a lot. Here are Britney's tattoos you can see on her body:
The famous fairy tattoo is on her back. She had it done in New York shortly after holidaying in Hawaii in January 2000 and her friend Felifia Culotta said that getting it made her feel like a little rebel. Britney admitted that it was really hurt.
Below her hip and there is a tiny yellow flower with a word she said meant "Mysterious". It's a daisy and it has a Chinese symbol for "mysterious" next to it. Later it was found out that the kanji on her hip that she intended to read "mysterious" is really translated as "strange".
There are two tattoos on her foot. One, in the shape of a flower, circled her second toe. "I got it in Europe. My friends and I all got the same tattoo to remember our trip.The toe tattoo hurt extremely. I found out later that in some countries it's illegal to tattoo toes because of the pain. I'd like to get rid of it because it doesn't look the way I'd hoped it would. It's a blob. Then I forgot how bad the pain was, so I got another tattoo on my foot - and it hurt even worse," she said. It's a butterfly winging its way off a vine. "It means free - I'm free like a butterfly," she explained. Her foot tattoo, tattooed in NY in the summer of 2004, is of a kanji for "freedom" with a vine and butterfly added around it. She got it to symbolize that she was "free as a butterfly". It's a Japanese symbol.
Britney and then-boyfriend Kevin got a tattoo on the wrists, to remind the of Ireland, in a tattoo parlour that opened specially for them. Britney did a pair of pink dice on her left wrist to match the blue dice her ex-husband Kevin Federline has on his right forearm.
On the back of Britney's neck there is a tatoo - the Hebrew letters Mem Hey Shin, one of the Kabbalah's 72 names of God (this one is for healing).
Britney got a small black star inked on her right hand. Later this tatoo has been removed.
Her latest bits of ink were a pink cross on her hip, and lips on her wrist. These were made in the beggining of 2007.
